  • Drawer Cut-Out - Dimensions

    Drawer Cut-Out

     (5)
Cut-out recommendations are based on 16 gauge material thickness. If a thinner material is used, adjustments to the cut-outs must be made to ensure a proper fit. Same cut-out details will apply for locking or non-locking slide. The .140 dia. round hole is used for optional #8 fixing screw. For optimum slide performance, it is recommended that the slide centerline be located at the centerline of the drawer side or slightly toward the plane of the drawer pull. Cut-out recommendation is based on 14 gauge material.

    Cabinet Cut-Out - Dimensions

    Cabinet Cut-Out

The front and rear hat sections shown here are identical. They are required for all 20 Series slide installations.
The vertical cut-out at the front of the rear hat section accepts the rear cabinet member tab of all 20 Series models.
The vertical cut-out at the back of the front hat section accepts the anti-lift tab on Model 2120.
Set back = Thickness of inset drawer front where applicable + .12" [3.1 mm] clearance.
